with the Philadelphia Science Fiction Society
The Philadelphia Science Fiction Society holds a monthly meeting to discuss and promote science fiction and fantasy in literature, the arts, and popular culture.
In addition, the Philadelphia Science Fiction Society sponsors an annual science fiction conference, called Philcon, and has many other special interest events, such as the Book Discussion Group, which meets monthly to discuss a work of science fiction or fantasy; and the Special Events Group, which attends science fiction and fantasy movies and other events.
